Our people are what make _space a special business as well as a family. Our structure is flat with a culture where everyone has their input with a sense of ownership and responsibility. There are no bosses, no staff, just people with varying roles. We treat each other with respect and act as one team.
There are certain attributes which go towards making a _space team member. What sets _space people apart is theirs values and attitudes. When new people join the team we recruit for attitude and train for skills!
