Our CDM Coordination service is committed to the active promotion and implementation of the highest standards of health, safety and welfare.

We have successfully carried out the role of planning supervisor/coordinator on a wide range of major and minor construction projects since the introduction of the CDM Regulations in 1994.

The enactment of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, has meant that all premises occupied by more than five people require a written fire risk assessment. _space can deploy a specially trained team to appraise fire and occupational hazards, providing holistic solutions to health and safety issues.
