Hetton Centre
Community facilities are brought together here under one roof. The project provides such facilities as a Housing Office, library, Electronic Village Hall, community rooms, crèche, bar and café.
A central street with perimeter balconies and top light is provided to allow easy access to all facilities for members of the community. A low energy services solution was developed to minimise running costs into the future and sophisticated security systems have been incorporated into the building fabric, facilitating ease of use.
