Redcar Primary Care Hospital
A current PFI project at ITN stage that will provide a new community hospital and replacement health centre for four local GP practices.
The Community Hospital will provide 32 inpatient beds in individual rooms with en-suite facilities, as well as inpatient and outpatient therapies, Day Hospital, Diagnostics and Minor Injuries Unit, Outpatients, Endoscopy and Day Surgery Theatres. The accommodation will also include consulting and treatment rooms for the four GP practices, to be accessed directly from the main entrance, with a large pharmacy.
