Wallington Estate

_space have provided architectural services and acted as a conservation consultancy for this Grade I* listed 18th Century mansion and estate buildings. The mansion was originally designed by Daniel Garrett and was subsequently altered by John Dobson, the Victorian Architect.

Projects have included restoring the Clocktower, design of a highly successful Farm Shop, re-roofing the mansion, replacement of all electrical, security and fire services, restoration of the Hall and Library, ensuring all areas can be isolated in case of fire, drainage, and servicing the estate ensuring that it adheres to new DDA Regulations, including installation of a platform lift.
