Great North Road
Adamson Developments gave us instruction to design a block of apartments on the site of a previous garage and car showroom. The shape of the site and its adjacency to the Great North Road dual carriageway required a sound linear design. The outcome was three stories of flats that have been built over secure ground floor parking and above predicted flood levels, should the nearby Ouseburn break its banks.
